Dear Customers,
After a week of negotiations, CN Rail and Teamsters Canada have reached a tentative deal to renew the collective agreement for over 3,000 conductors, trainpersons and yard workers. Normal operations at CN are set to resume Wednesday Dec 27th at 6 :00 am local time across Canada.
However, the impact of the week-long strike will still be felt in the days to come, as CN will start clearing the backlog and return to a normal state of affairs.
Our CSR and Operations teams will provide further updates for shipments affected / delayed by the strike.
